Well so far my experience has been very negative on naukri. Even for a paid customer they don’t seem to care much. All you get is that your profile will turn up at the beginning of the searches as a premium profile. Some Sms job alerts where you can respond using Sms to apply. Strangely these Sms based service doesn’t seem to work at all.
Their site is unable to recommend me relevant jobs ( although must say its better than times jobs etc) .
