Pathetic services by Naukri.com. I signed up for a Rs. 3300 service.
I had and am still having a terrible experience. It has been a month since I signed up for their services. Poor quality of resume draft. The changes I requested on the draft took them more than two weeks and some 5-6 repeated follow up mails which they didn’t have the courtesy to respond to. When I was signing up for the services I got a call from their team almost immediately. However on complaining repeatedly, im still to get even a courtesy phone call or mail. Pathetic company, poor customer service, absolutely low quality resume development. The developer didn’t bother to call or respond to my mails / calls / sms on how I wanted the resume developed. What a waste of money and not worth a penny.
I will never ever use them again or recommend them to anyone and if anyone has anything positive to say about them, I’m sure it is someone from their own team probably praising their own services to reduce the no of negative reviews they have.
To sum it up - Shoddy service, horrible experience and a learning never to use / recommend them for anything.
