Never buy this service. It’s a fraud. Their toll free number is only meant for luring the job seekers where as their IVR(option 2) for paid customer does not work. IT’s a complete waste of your money. Never trust. Rather use Glassdoor, linkdin, monster, hiree etc. Naukri.com’s fast forward is a fraud service meant only to extract money from gullible job seekers.
First of all their toll free number option-1 is immediately picked up as thats only for new customers looking for fast forward service. They have many agents to convince the job seekers. Once you are trapped and pay the money for the service then your money is lost as you will never be able to reach their customer support by through the toll free number and choosing option-2. No one picks up, even the agent who picks-up from IVR option -1, they say will transfer the call and cut the lines.
Never buy their any fast forward service. They are cheaters. Please google in internet and you will come across many complaints. Police complaint should be filed.
