I needed Naukri, com before 2 years when I was planning for a job change and again I needed just before a month. Each and every time you upload or update your resume or profile on Naukri.com, you would not be off the phone for the next 4-7 days of that week, as those many companies’ HR and other consultancies would be calling you to get placed in their company or their partner’s company. They would try to schedule the interview as soon as you are ready or you say.
They have best site compared to other job portals, the response you get from other companies suitable to your profile is also good, best UI, functionality wise when you are searching for job is better than other sites. Search minimization criteria is also good.
They have an app as well, which is great even. They also offer paid services to maximize the chances of your interview call, but I have not used it, as without it only I am getting a good response from Naukri.com Best to go for if you are looking for a job change.
