When they have to sell you, they will call you 100 times.But when you pay them and wait to get support from them, they hardly bother to even receive your call..Dont get trapped on their fake commitments... They never keep it.
please record the call that I just received from Ms.Suman & Ms.Neha from Delhi office (time - 11:35am and date 22nd jan 2013). You will know how professional you people are and how do you treat your customers. They use words like ’shut up’ with customers. Resume corrections service for Naukri includes only content reduction which any 12th pass can do it them self. Why will anyone go and pay money for just deleting paragraphs/ sections/ contents from one’s CV? Every human had that bit of intelligence with them.
It is very sad to experience such a bad service from naukri.com team.I have subscribed the paid service from naukri.com but the service I have received is seriously useless service that I think it was a very bad mistake to get such a service.Small consulting companies are far much better than the service than Naukri team.Employess in naukri.com are very casual in their work.
They dont give a damn about their customers.No response from their side with phones and calls.Calls are not picked up and not called back also.No job is sent and the job which is sent is also not related to the profile wanted.It is a very bad mistake from my side and my friend who both took the paid service by listening so much about naukri.com.
