My name is Deepak Jain, and having around 11 year of IT industry experience. I bought Naukri Service in Mar’17. My experience with Naukri.com service is worst.
Why I am telling this because of below reasons
.it does not distinguish your free listing and paid one, during consultant search both gets listed.
.You will hardly get relevant openings.
.all get same mailer where openings are stale and irrelevant
.absolutely no worth bying this service 80% of requirements are fake- even you respond them you hardly get response.
.Complaint and grievance system is very poor.
.helpdesk never returns with solutions
.when complain them start selling hight services
.they seems sell our data and information to others.
.its better to manage your profile with free listing at 4, 5 job sites and be connected at linked-in and facebook.
. contact few selected consultant and be precise and specific to your requirement and chase them.
.another way to visit the sites and post your CV for any reference.
