I have completed MBA finance course from a reputed college. I subscribed to freshers combo pack after chatting to a sales person on Naukri.com portal, for 2655/- Rupees. on 20th July 2010
According to him I was saving lot of money by getting a combo pack. I subscribed as I wasdesperatein my search of job. He strongly recommended express resume service as it was delivered in 4 days.
The PAW sheet as requested by them I filled up immediately. The express resume took 10 days and number of requests from me via phone, chat and email.
The quality of resume was ordinary, and the developer was adamant that it was on Industry standards. The inputs I had given in Profile Assessment worksheet (PAW) were ignored, I had to remind them about the same.
The Number of customer care service representative, I spoke to chatted to or mailed to had different versions of How the service was to be looked upon in terms of delivery time, what are the working days etc.
So far whatever calls/emails I havereceived, Have been petty sales jobs that require 12th pass/graduate with some experience.
Shame on so called India’s number one job portal.
