I have uploaded my CV in Naukri for more then 6 months and I dint get even 1 single call. All that I got was the paid services call. My understanding was that I have not created my profile correctly.but then I posted in other job boards like indeed.com, monster. and I stated getting call.
Naukri and Timesjob are total waste. Go for some others.its not the profile but it is the job site that u opt.
