Dear All,
I have listed my resume in this site for some 3 years now and till date have not got even a single interview call based on my profile..Upon the job alerts which are send in by the site hardly match my profile , though I have updated my resume to the closest of the job description and profile , I am looking for, but to this date, there hasnt been any improvement from their side...
On contrary, Other web site such as Jobstreet does much better by sending lesser and appropriate job openings which are suit my profile and opportunities.
Kudos to them...
