It’s really helpful.
I don’t know about its paid service but of course to register on naurkri.com free of cost is really a good way to initiate your career.This is also good for one who doesn’t want to spend money and willing to get job.
Many of my friends have registered on it and got job though it. It’s really India’s no. 1 job portal.
