I had asked the sales rep to give me the least expensive classified ad. Instead I was given a subscription to a hot alert ad. I asked them to change the subscription. They said I would have to repay for the new subscription as the refund would take 2 weeks.
I escalated the matter to the sales manger and also to the customer service manager. No satisfactory action was taken. I would advise any employer to stay away from this unethical unprofessional company
