UPDATE- 6 January 2016
After getting more assertive with these sketchy losers(worst customer service EVER), they agreed to remove my email address from their spamming list, BUT REFUSED TO CLARIFY WHETHER THEY DELETED MY ACCOUNT DATA AS REQUESTED. They are REFUSING to answer a straightforward "yes or no" question, which leads me to believe they are refusing to delete my private account data as well, which only reinforces my suspicions that they are selling customer data to 3rd parties!
They sent:
Dear User,
We have removed your email id from the mailers. However, the mailers will stop in 15 days.

Thanks & Regards,
Naukri Technical Support Team
And I replied:
Great, now did you delete my account data as requested? Or are you keeping it to sell to 3rd parties?
And they refused to clearly answer this question, instead choosing to tap dance around this direct question with the following vague, BS reply:
Dear User,
As informed in the previous mail, we have removed your email id from the mailers.
For any further information or concerns, feel free to contact us.
What sort of answer is this? As you can see, they refused to answer a simple question. So I sent the following and am awaiting a straight answer:
You did not answer my question. Just because you removed my email ID from a mailing list doesnt necessarily mean you deleted all my account details from your database. So, did you delete all my information as requested, or are you keeping it to sell to 3rd parties? If you refuse to be clear about this, and continue to dodge specific questions about the way my private data is being handled, Ill be forced to file a formal complaint in the consumer court regarding the potential for privacy violations and misuse of customer data.
I DO NOT CONSENT to privacy violations and selling/sharing/misuse of my account data.
I will be posting their next answer to this simple, easy to comprehend question. Lets see if they spew more vague sewage or if they correct their bad, unprofessional behavior!

I tried Naukri, while looking for work. BIG MISTAKE!
1) Fake job postings from here to eternity
2) They want to take thousands of rupees to let you contact a recruiter directly
3) NONE of the vacancy notification emails even remotely match my profile- I get notices for marine workers, engineers, and all sorts of vacancies that DO NOT match my profile.
4) THEY REFUSE TO DELETE MY ACCOUNT! Website says to email them if you want to delete your account. I did that, sent a POLITE email asking them to kindly delete my account. They replied with instructions on how to make the profile invisible, which I had ALREADY DONE, DUH! I again insisted that they delete my account and THIS is the idiotic, BS artistry they responded with:

If you still like to delete your account then kindly provide us the following for verification, which is mandatory to delete your account from backend.
Mail us from the same Email id you have mentioned in your Naukri profile.
Mention Username of your Naukri account which you want us to delete.
Mention your updated mobile number and the mobile/landline number mentioned in your Naukri, if required we will call you for verification.
Mention your D.O.B as mentioned in your Naukri profile.
Your Active Profile name of Naukri account.
Last “Job Apply Date”, this can be found under “Job Application History” section.
Once the entire above are verified, we will delete your account on your behalf.

How stupid is this when THEY ARE SENDING THIS EMAIL TO THE REGISTERED EMAIL ADDRESS?! Even my name and phone number are part of my email signature!
They are deliberately making it difficult for me to delete my account, I think they must be selling customers private data to third parties, why else they refuse to delete my account?
Seriously thinking to report them to TRAI and Consumer Court.
