I’m very disappointed with Navata transport services. I had a very bad experience very recently.
I placed the order to parcel 2 rice bags. They placed the order and provided me with a receipt/ order number. Informed that it might take 2-3busineds days. I’ve been waiting for my parcel and it had been more than 7business days without the delivery. When I try to call them, no one answers the call. At last, I got a call from them stating that order is going to be dispatched as soon as possible.
I was in a assumption that’s okay, finally I got it but the dispatch team collected 350/- instead of 230/-. Receipt shows it is 230/-. They were charging for labour. It’s not my headache to pay the labour. Company has to take care of it.
Finally I decided not to place anything in Navata. Don’t go for it guys.
