Naveen Kala, the cheater shop at Marathalli, Bangalore. I bought a winter jacket for 900 bucks just weeks back. The boys in the shop persuaded me to buy this jacket saying that it has a life time warranty etc. Today within two weeks, the zip of the jacket came off and I went to the shop.
I get a response that it will take a 30 days to get this done as they have sent the jacket back to the company. I asked how can one afford to wait for 30 days to get a zip repaired, the shopowner says thats the reality. I have been buying materials from this shop for ten years now and I have got this response. The most embarrassing thing is that he says, if you can get this done quickly outside, then get it done. I frequent this shop eventhough it is costly because, of the quality of the products and service. Now that is also lost. I request people not to get into this shop as they are all a bunch of cheaters.
