Well according to me, Navina is not upto the mark. Well the ambience is not so well. Though the position of the cinema hall is very good but the surroundings of the multiplex bears of slum area. The food quality is not so good. The management can improve the condition to much extent. Coming to ticket prices, they are economical, the normal price is 70Rs and the balcony price is 100Rs. If you have to spend your valuable 100Rs on movie, then why not Nandan? You can have your pleasurable experience on 70Rs at Nandan. So its ok to have a Rs100 ticket in todays day, but there is a lot scope of improvement.
The picture and sound quality is quite welll and good. Recently they have installed their DOLBY sound which adder=d new feathers to its crown. There must not be any complaint against picture quality according to me.
I think in todays suchexpensive day, Navina still holds a good position in the field of Value for money. Today multiplexes like Inox and others are chopping the heads of humans for the sake of money.
But if the management works a a bit on the lackings and improvement of the hall, I am quite sure Navina will become one of the finest multiplexex in Kolkata.
