I had purchased a Verna on 1st July 2009 from M/s Navjivan Hyundai (Dealer of Hyundai in Surat). At that time there was a buy back scheme going on. I was promised a discount of Rs 20, 000 for the buyback.
I was told that I would be getting the discount directly from the company in around 1 months time.
However 10 months after my purchase. I was made to sign on a form stating that I would be receiving my discount cheque soon for an amount of Rs 20, 000. But to my horror, I received a cheque of only Rs 10, 000 & I was informed that the company had only sent this much as the scheme had expired etc...
I really feel cheated & don’t know whom to go to. I strongly feel the company should intervene & should take away the dealership of such fraud dealers as it tarnishes their image.
That’s not all - I’ve been cheated even in one of my accident repair job’s where I was cheated & made to pay for un-necessary items which had not even beed changed.
Fortunately, Surat has got back it’s old Hyundai Dealer - Nanavati Hyundai & I’m back to them since the past 6 months & feel a sense of relief.
I would never recommend any one to go any where near them.
