Khalnayak ka Ulta?? Nayak re..

Zaraa hatke hona mangta. this is what we say whenever we watch the same ghisa pita love story with vilains pulling the laila majnu apart while they are running around trees. Here is an out of the box thought provking movie - Nayak.

It sure would have raised eyebrows when released which is evident from its declining box office responses at that point of time. This movie sure is way ahead of time just like the movie Mr. India. Sure looks absurd to us even thinking about a gadget that will help someone be invisible. Coming back to Nayak, I felt that the movie is kind of a reflection of the common man’s mind. On a normal day when we read the newspaper and crib about something not right in the system, we knowingly unknowingly mention many a times "if I was at this bugger’s place, would have set things right long back."

Well thats exactly what Anil is doing - representing the common man.

Briefs: Anil is a like any other common man living with his parents in a small house and works as a journalists in one of the leading news channels. Like any other man he too dreams about an awesome married life with his sweetheart Rani who in turn is a simple girl with a humble background.

Then comes the D day - A reality show where the Chief Minister of the state Amrish Puri is invited and which is hosted by Anil is being shot live. Anil has been told back stage by Amrish’s men not to ask him any awkward question in front of the public but Anil to Anil hai.

He refuses to miss the chance of royally screwing the minister’s happiness and poses him day to day practical issues and the problems the aam janata is facing because of that. The minister sweating in his pants, tries to wade of f the situation by offering Anil to be on CM’s seat for a day and see the problems a minister faces in day to day snow balling and burning issues.

After much convincing, Anil does take up the challenge and what follows should remain a mystery for those who have missed watching the movie. So what you waiting for?

Take it from me, people who really are worried about the issues happening in India everyday would appreciate the movie for the plot and the way the movie moves.
