Hi, I am back after a few days gap and to be frank I did not enjoy the gap.There was a problem with my net which has been sorted out.
So now I am going to write a review about a film called Nayak - The Real Hero.The story goes like this:
T.V Cameraman Shivaji Rao(Anil Kapoor) gets an opportunity to interview the Chief Minister Chauhan(Amrish Puri)when the CM’s act of bravery during the riot’s makes him up a hero.He shows the politician for what he is and when Shivaji is offered a seat of CM for a day he accepts reluctantly.
He gives marching orders to the corrupt officers and tries his best to clean the city.He is even persuaded by people to contest the elections after his one-day office term is over.He wins the elections and becomes CM, but suddenly he realises that the job is not easy.
Not only his life is in danger but also his sweetheart(rani Mukherjee) and his parents lives are also in danger.There is also a rivalry between the seasoned politicians who can’t digest the hero’s sudden superstardom.
The music of the film is also average considering it is composed by none other than A.R.Rahman.The directors use of computer graphics look the same in his earlier films.
About the cast Amrish Puri is o.k.Rani Mukherjee has nothing to do.The only saving grace of this film is Anil Kapoor on whose shoulders the film is carried through.
