Our experience with Nayati Mathura is worst. My mother in law who was 62 years old was admitted in this hospital on 14th Nov 2018 and she had pneumonia in the lungs. Doctor had put her on ventilator in few hours of the very first day and later then said they cannot remove the Asthma patient from ventilator which became main cause of her death. She was declared dead on 22nd Nov 2018. Few observations about the hospital are as following:
1- Experienced doctors are very few and the hospital is mainly run by junior doctors who have just one or two years of experience. Experience doctors just visit once in a day to ICU.
2- The junior doctors were not aware how to set the ventilator.
3- In my case, the experience doctor were absent for last 2 days of her death and junior doctors were not sure about the medication.
4- ICU nurses are also not well trained.
5- On top of that, some doctors are very rude and they don’t give proper reply to attendant.
6- They put every patient on ventilator without understanding the complexity or existing illness of the patient. This shows that they are only behind the money.
7- Overall this hospital is not capable of handling complex cases.
8- So many people are dying in this hospital because of their incapability and money mindness.
9- They don’t share any detailed treatment report with the family just by saying that this is against their policy.
Last year my father in law was also died in this hospital. That time also, we couldn’t understand the reason of his sudden death. Now, we are sure that this hospital is not capable of handling the complex cases and they are just behind the money. I would suggest, avoid this hospital as much as possible. Otherwise, your patient wouldn’t come back to home.
