I had very bad experience with this group. Let me explain my experience. I was looking for investment in land and was searching for plots near E-city(affordable to my budget), and came across this web site. the details in website were very well organized. I have booked a site visit to NBR Green valley near Hosur. the got convinced with the sale person’s words and booked one plot. I gave initial deposit of 25K for booking the plot.
2 days later I saw one flashing scroll on their website mentioning much lesser price per SQFT than what I have negotiated. I went back to the sale person with the price. He stubbornly rejected me saying that could never happen. Meaning that they never displayed that price on the website. I felt cheated after seeing this and wanted to drop from purchasing the plot.
While taking the advance I was told that at any point of time, if I didn’t like the plot for whatever reason, I can get my money back. So, I asked for my 25K.
Then came first surprise, that there would be 10% deduction in my advance amount. I couldn’t do anything about that I can’t go anywhere and I saw the Terms & conditions later. I was expecting at least my 22.5K should reach me. I made calls to the sale person, btw Prasad is his name. Then the second surprise is that I will get my money back in the form of a cheque only after 45 days. I waited for 45 days patiently and called up the sales person again. Initially he used to say the cheque is almost ready and it will be given in a day or two. Like this 2 weeks passed. Every time some excuse like his Boss is not there in office. 1 month passed by like this, every time I call him, he says it will take another 2 or 3 days to get the cheque ready. I wait for 3 days and call back again. The same story repeats.
After 1 month this gentleman gave his so called boss(Siraj is his name) mobile number and asked him to contact. The story came back to square one again. I have to explain him the whole story and he would say cheque would be ready by 2 days.
At last I Got my money after 2 months(excluding the 45 days). It is my experience. Hope this would be useful for at least one like me.
