God chose to punish me

Honestly I don’t know what pushes me more to write this review, is it the love of movie-going-man-kind to whom I would give an arm to save from the evil of Neal, or its plain and simple anger which erupted in my head after been through NnN.

After I came out of theatre cursing me for deciding to watch NnN, instead of much better ’Apahran’, and guess what even God decided to punish me for my stupidness by making me loose my bike keys, and here I am stuck with the choice of dragging my bike, or using the hired cab to bring duplicate keys.

No one can be sure what gets wretched more with this movie: YSR’s reputation, or my valuable evening, which got invested with Chopra boy and tumbles like share market in the lap of Harshad Mehta.

There is little to talk about story in the movie, but camera work is amazing, I never could have imagined that Canada could be sooooo beautiful, (infact I can enjoy it more if the scenes are edited a little bit with Nikki and her flimsy dresses morphed with the background hills and lake scenes - can make brilliant documantry - what the heck! Canadian tourism development body may finance the movie)

Although I am not much of an ambassador of old and gold values of Indian Social values, but the very very artificial kiss(es) could have been avoided, or atleast been shot with some emotions involved.

And the Chopra boy may use some plastic surgery to make his lips look better while he tries to kiss or woooooo a girl. (his physique is very good though)

Our Nikki tried hard to look 13-year-old-not-grown-yet girl, but failed miserably, other firang mames looked stunning and added quality to the otherwise stupid-giddy-fighting-loving scenes (I guess she needs to add just a kilo more in flesh to look little bit more Indian gal, otherwise she is safe and sound in Vancouver)

Sardaar-with-a-guitar-want-to-be-a-rockstar was wonderful, and gave very good reasons to laugh (only moments in the movie), his stares and blinks were pretty fine (I guess those were genuine)

Songs in the movie were another corner stone, which can rescue NnN enough before the Titanic sinks. Yeh ladka hai allah kaisa hai deewana remix is pretty good and fits very very well, theme song neal n nikita is another saving grace.

But this can be achieved by watching trailer of the movie, or buying CD/DVD for the songs of the movie, beyond that I strongly recommend to send free tickets to your enemies (preferably 6-9 show... :-D )
