Totally unprofessional cunstomer service .
Not able to give proper customer resolution, & put there incompetence on customer .
Put there word into customers mouth .
with out giving any resolution they close customers ticket .
Never buy product at festive seacon from them, they sold out of stock product and as a customer we have to suffer .
