I made a payment at one Restaurant in DLF Cyberhub Gurgaon using NB Pay on 29-Dec-19. Immediately after I realised that due to some GPS issue, the bill got paid to other branch of the restaurant. The guy over there asked for money, rightly so; I called NB guys and then said to make the payment again and send them the bill. I did so, the same day and it has been 2 weeks and there is no response despite my reminders.
At first instance on that day, I though they are great in service however I am surprised with the state now.
