It was a grand reputed Movie Theatre of city but with time to digital displays, it is almost closed and showing rarely some good movie. The outer open veranda space has been changed to fast food pick and move restaurant.
Lots of nostalgia attached with this place for those who grew up in or around the city. Prime location, low cost food, bang in front of Plaza. Could be better with service.It is one of the oldest theatre in Chandigarh which is situated in Shopping Plaza, Sector 17.I have seen a movie there some few months ago with my friends and experience is pretty good but the modern facilities are not available there due to which it is losing it’s charm and Now people prefer to spend more money and watch movies in PVR and other good cinema halls.
