I planned a trip through neemholidays.com along with my family for a trip to Russia. The official staff doesn’t bother to listen the suggestions of travelers and they also do not reply to e-mails forwarded to them.Our Russia trip was not properly planned properly as we were told 3 star hotels and in reality two of them were not even 2 star.Vegetarian breakfasts and lunches were not attended properly.We lost our time in travelling by bus which could have been saved if we had travelled with little extra money by flight, bullet train or metro.In future, we will never plan any trip through neemholidays.com
