In this movie the sonam kapoor as neerja bhannot was a airhostess and like to serve the people.she only saved the life of the passengers sat on the flight. Most of airhostess ran away when the terrorist started firing.but alone neerja saved the life of passengers by sending them out of the plane in saving those passengers. The terrorist shot neerja and she dead.
