Started with "Zindagi Badi honi Chahiye Lambi nai" and ending with "Pushpa I hate tears re" Neerja is based on a true story of Karachi hijack where the little girl lost her life trying to save the life of other passengers on flight. Neerja had a total sportsperson spirit in her life starting from being in an ugly marriage and ending with the tackling of the terrorist. She showed a true presense of mind plus bravery in all the acts done in those around 10 hours. Even after the danger near her she did not leave her duty of serving the passengers.
Coming to the movie the roles of all the actors present from the little ones to the grown ups were very beautifully performed giving it a real touch. Sonam Kapoor playing Neerja did an amazing job and lived up to the expectations of the real hero.
There were not many songs but the the last one was well lyriced.
The movie was awesome and the story though known from before was a heart touching. Such kind of movies should be made to tell the people their duty as a professional, especially as a human being.
Neerja could have saved her own life after opening the emergency exit but instead she forced others to exit first since she was on her duty as head air hostess.
The movie was a lesson to all and everyone should learn from it. The parents were also very supportive during her all the obstacles which made her even more confident in herself.
Most of the people must have watched the movie but those who did not go and watch. It will be worth.
