I boarded Neeta travels bus from Panaji to Mumbai last weekend. It was 6:30 pm bus. The bus arrived on time at the Neeta travels office and left in some 15 mins. it was a bright yello volvo bus with good interiors. Sound system was good. Reading lights were working.
As soon as we left Goa, the helper came with a list and requested us to let us have our place where we want to alight (Vashi, Sion, Bandra, Andheri) along with our seat nos and once we recahed Mumbia, he made sure that we get down at our desired place.
They had provided us with blankets. It stopped at a good hotel @ Kankavli for dinner. But it was odd to see that they switched off the AC when we got down for dinner. Though most of the bus was empty, , there were still people and old ladies sitting inside the bus and hence they should not had switched off the AC since it was very suffocating inside without the AC on.
Bus reached Vashi @ 5:30 AM. Overall, I am happy with the service of Neeta on Mumbai - Goa route. Am not sure about their performance on other routes. I would certainly recommend this travles when I compare it with Paulo.
