I have booked the 2 way ticket from Mumbai to Goa and Goa to Mumbai. I go for neeta tours and travels because I seen so many buses of neeta travel going here and there , so I booked it. Pick up point was bandra and the timing is 10: 30pm.
I boarded the bus their was foul smell all around even though its was a volvo air condition bus.
They stop the bus on 2 points all the way and that places were so bad .
I was not feeling well so I slept and wake up when the bus reached goa.
I enjoyed my stay in goa . Now again I need to travel with neeta because at the time of booking ticket I booked 2 way , so I reached at the pick up point at 7: 10pm .
When u get into the bus this time same bad smell but different bus. My seat number was 2 just behind the conductor’s seat. I thought that would not be any issue but when I first driver change the shift and came to sleep he bended the seat till the end , I told him that I am uncomfortable but he started fighting with me but he didnt adjust the seat so I traveled so uncomfortably .
Neeta tours and travels is a big name but I dont know why they are not talking care of these kinda basic things.
Anyways I travel to goa so often , but I didnt choose the neeta ever.
