Last sunday me and my sister went to neeta travels office at andheri highway pick up point near bislery factory in the evening to catch a bus for pune. The minute we enter in the office the staff which was sitting there (fair guy) n other started making comments and started laughing at my sister. That guy was watching porn sites and making virlgure comments in the office in front of the customers.
Which is not at all acceptable. If they are in the service industry in they should not behave like this. Neeta travels which is growing so fast and quickly because of there services they should hire professional staff. Because of their staff they must be loosing some business. Staff is not at all helpful . They are troble for the people who are waiting for the bus at pick-up point. And if you are bookingtickets at the pick up point they will charge is more than the actual ticket cost (for pune they were demanding rs. 380/- actual ticket cost for pune is rs. 250/- to 280/-)
