Dont travel by Neeta they say toward world class I say towards No Class on 6th September I searched on net a seat for my daughter from Mumbai to Kolhapur . Almost most of the other travel bus ticket were sold out for around Rs 750 to Rs800 I then went on Neeta Travels Bus site through your website and found that 3 nos of berths at end of the bus were available .one was 22A , 22B and third I dont remember.
I had booked 22A berth on my daughters name and Miss was indicated while the booking was done . on 7th bus boarding was scheduled at 8.25 at Vile Parle Highway. and bus came at 11.05 PM , my daughter was often inquiring about bus but office people first told that the sleeper berth which was booked for the bus was of 9.30 Pm when argued and showed the print of net ticket they said that bus is late, reason traffic from Borivali but if seen on highway she could not digest what they were saying.
On mobile she called me at 9.15 Pm see told me that see fears that bus operates are not giving her correct information of the where a bouts of bus and was getting late and was not finding comfortable for a girl to wait on highway I insisted her to waited for some time and told her we have already paid Rs 2200 for a berth which was three times more than all other standard tour operators. Bus arrived at Vile Parle at 11.05 PM When she boarded the bus she was surprised to see that the male passenger was already boarded the berth 22B which was next to her berth 22A.
When complained to the driver and helper the were rude and non co-operative and asked her to get down of bus if she doesnt want to travel (no efforts were made to see what the problem was with the female passenger ) my daughter contacted me on mobile and briefed me the details. I told her if they are not arranging for a female berth you get down from the bus and return to hostel, I immediately contacted Neeta travel complaint and cancellation desk on phone no9228009970 at 11.18 pm and told them all the details.
At first they agreed that this should not happen and later they started proving me wrong the I have booked the wrong berth as 22B was already booked by a male passenger My point is 1) when I have booked a ticket for a female passenger why was a male passenger allotted the berth 2) if the berth 22B was booked before me then why did the net didnt prompt me and booking should have gone further 3) why no efforts were made to see that a female passenger is accommodated , she was told to get down .they should have contacted their office and should have briefed the matter and should have shown some efforts for possibility of accommodating her. 4) I could not get my daughter for Ganesh Festival she had to pass though all stupidty, wait till late night on high way and refund hostel late 1 PM 5)
I had to lose Rs 2200 (even after paying 3 times more then the regular fare of other standard tour operator) .
