I have been travelling mumbai-pune for almost 6 years. My experience has been worse whenever I have taken Neeta Volvo. Not at all punctual, staff’s behaviour is extremely bad. Today I took a ticket and the guy said bus will be here in 10 mins. I waited for 1.5 hours for the bus.
Please avoid taking neeta at all. Instead opt for shivneri. Much much better .
I don’t know where to complain abt Neeta travels, so that strict action can be taken. This bus service should be banned.
