It’s not exactly a complaint but I didn’t get a much best experience, that I was expecting from Neeta while travelling from Mumbai to Goa and back on 5th Apr & return on 10th Apr 15. I traveled thru a sleeper Volvo coach 2x1 with family including 2 kids(6 yr & 2 yr old) from 10.00 pm to 10.30 am
1] First of all, the charges they put(about Rs 1500 per seat) & the buses maintained are not at all of the mark
2] The individual cabins were not maintained well and there was no individual lights working, they simply told lights are not working but with small kids, we need those lights many time at the night time
3] The mattresses and blankets were extremely poor. AC vents were not able to control and it was extremely cold at the night time(may be at 18 degree or something) but staff has no etiquette or concern to control AC and you can’t even switch them off in case you don’t need them
4] Pl ensure as the bus runs very fast and it doesn’t have the ordinary feeling like other buses. never ever choose upper deck as they drive like animals and even breaks very quickly without having regard to passengers inside. It’s like, they are transporting some goods.
5] At the return journey, the bus got punctured in Pune and I was surprised that there was another SEATER bus available immediately which was able to accommodate all the passengers. So one-third journey we did at the cost of a bus that charges you 600-700 bucks.
6] Also our original bus was delayed by 1 hour on a return journey for the reason of maintenance, but when I saw the punctured tyre, it was all plain without design(i mean very old and bald) and the stepany(additional wheel) was also bald. SO after charging such higher charges, how they can compromise on the quality of tyres. This bus could even well sleep in rainy season. At the return journey the bus condition was even extremely average and I doubted, why did I choose this very average player with only name. The buses are decent from out side but nothing great inside.
7] Also for replacing tyre, they said entire bus is getting lifted with the jack but the wheel is not coming up and better you get shifted to other bus where I smelled a rat.
8] Oyr bags put in the boot were all wet due to AC water or something and they simply didn’t take any responsibility for it but replied very rudely.
I will never use this worst service again. Also they never gave a courtesy call for making our one-third journey by seater bus later as if nothing happened. Real shameless and absolutely unprofessional people. Also the call center is run by some very average person who speaks to you for queries if any like you are all fools and illiterate guys.
Just the worst experience.
