Firstly I would like to tell you, there is no other Volvo option available to travel from nahsik to pune. Apart from MSRTC buses and few travel buses are there but they are volvo buses.
Now, I booked ticket with the neeta because MSRTC was full for the time I wanted to leave. I booked 2 tickets for the bus around 10 p.m.
Me and my friend were there on the bus stop near thakkar bazar, nashik before 10 only. It was the second stop from bus departure stop. We waited for long time but bus did not show up. There were other travelers as well waiting for the same bus with us. everyone started discussing and someone dialed to he main office of neeta. They said bus is punctured and will be there after repire soon. I mean what? Such big travel agency was not having spare bus also? for the emergency situations like this?
We were standing on the bus stop for long 2 hrs. It was not official bus stop but was just pick up point we could not even go and sit somewhere. All the travelers were waiting and standing. Plus the booking was done from online portal and when we call neeta for refund they just refused. They said bus will arrive there sooner or later, you will have to wait. there are no other buses available.
They repair the bus somehow and it came to our pick up point by 12.30-12.45. What a terrible management.
Neeta is taking advantage of being only one VOLVO provider. They know whatever happens travelers have no other option but to travel by Neeta.
In addition I would like to mention that it was a long weekend when this incident happens and h fare for the bus online was 900R.S per head. which is regulary 450R.S per head.
Now, you can imagine what kind of service neeta is providing.
I will suggest everyone, go for any new travel agency as they are new they take care of there customers which is not the case here.
