It’s only a big name neeta towards word class! but actually it takes you 3rd class. This is the hopeless and very bed travel agency. Few months back I booked a ticket from Pune to Ahmedabad and bus time was around 11 PM so me and my friend was at the pickup point around 10-30 and conform the ticket and ask about the bus so that fellow told us it will be here on time around 11 so we said ok after 11-10 we aging go for inquiry so he told us bus is on the way and there is traffic so it will be here any moment. Same time my friend have drivers number so he called him driver told him bus has been cancelled and you have to contact office. After half an hour waiting that guy told us there is some problem in bus so new bus will come. We said lets see waiting and waiting……
At last bus came on 1-40 AM that bus is only for Pune to Mumbai then we have to change bus and that bus will take us to AHM. And current bus is old no proper seat we booked AC sleeping and we got only seating arrangement. Me and My friend ask others to lets talk to that ofc person and ask for refund we have paid 1200 not for sitting. This is ridiculous others said leave it we don’t want to do nay thing but still I tried and that shame less guy told us “Jana he to jao Rs kuch nai milega jis ko complain karna he karo ”
My friend cancelled his trip because he have to catch train in Ahmedabad and this guy destroy his plan. Any how we reach Mumbai and I was thinking I got AC bus there but no same story and no one have care about it. I travels 19 hr to reach Ahmedabad and this is Neeta towards word class huhh……. rubbish
I will never travel in Neeta Travels again… ?
