That experience was terrible. They will charge you for royal service and gives you rubbish shit!
according to me indian rail way general coach is gives you more comfort compare to neeta travels. And timing is ridiculous. if they told you bus timing is 11 Pm then bus will came on 12 or 1 Or 2 am if you are lucky then 11-30 but that happens only 1 time in a year!
This is happens with me 2 times and last time I traveled they told bus is cancelled. On the other side I got call from driver that he is waiting at pickup point, I told that what happen he told me if he can wait for 10 min. I said ok when I reach to pick up point no body was there
and the bus left with driver phone switched off. After calling customer care they told they will return the ticket. This is how reckless their drivers are. Never ever go with this travel company they don’t care about passenger
