Nehru Museum / Planetarium - is located at Worli, Mumbai.
It is one of the must visit places in Mumbai. I visit it every time there is a visitor at my place who doesn’t live in Mumbai and wants to go sigh-seeing.
I have seen many documentaries in the Planetarium. They are always an amazing experience now matter how old you are. The dome/3d effects are mind blowing.
The shows are available in both Hindi and English languages. And the best part is that you get to learn from it.
The museum which is across the road from Planetarium is also a must visit. It will not take a lot of your time so do visit it. It provides information and exhibits about our history and freedom struggle.
It is located centrally so you can reach it by BEST buses or taxi or your own vehicle too.
The Planetarium tickets are dirt cheap, 60 rs for adult and Museum is free for all.
Verdict: Not a thing to miss. Visit if even if you think it sounds childish!
