I bought this product after reading reviews on mouth shut.The product when you buy in the starting is good.worth it. but after 2 odd years when you go for AMC where major parts(no electrical parts) have to be changed.it will cost you minimum half the price of this machine. in addition, there person who comes in to install will put parts which are all chinese and you have no idea if these are provided by this company or some local spares.
People in delhi should not buy this machine as the person in delhi appointed by this hyderabad firm( Raj kumar Pali) is a big fraud and he will make sure you shell out extra money by showing some or the other reason.as the rates are not correct on their website for AMC and they showcase as if he is giving discount
I called him for AMC to change the parts. after negotiating he said 4000 instead of 5000 as he was asking. but he made sure I should pay more than 5000. how? Let me answer that. my machine was working absolutely fine.only taste issues were there. but after he changed the parts he said your motor and one more part has to be changed which 1500.so I have to shell out 5500.in addition he din’t even gave me my motor and left it at the place where he took my purifier for repair. if you call on their hyderabad number. .they will ask you to have a word with their person for charges and details. so this person in delhi becomes the king and he thinks he can easily fool people.
Pathetic after service support. if you want to use machine for 2 years or so please go ahead. after 2 years it will become your local machine
