I along with family of 4 members completed our Damodar Kunda Darshan day before yesterday and returned back to Bengaluru yesterday. Organised through Nepal Pilgrim travel, Chennai
we have been trying to visit Damodarkundam for the past years, but it never happened, first year we could not make it and the second year our bengaluru agent returned our money back saying he did get enough no of passengers to make our trip.
This year 2017, being the 1000 years of Sri Mad RamAnasultanjur our parents were very much determined to have darshan of shaligramam- Mukthinath and Damodarkundam. We happen to see the advt of Nepal pilgrim Travel, chennai in Sri Nrisimhapriya magazine and we contacted them.
we left on 30th of april from bengaluru via delhi we reached kathmandu. We were picked up from airport and transferred to Park Village resort in kathmandu. Excellent property in kathmandu will all amenities.
The same day evening we had darshan of Jala NarayAnasultan temple.
Second day we flew from Kathmandu to Damadarkund via Mukthinath, in the morning by 6 am itself
By Gods Grace weather was very much Good! We were give on hour time for Mukthinath Darshan
we offered Vasthram and Dry fruits and the Lady Monks in the temple were very much Kind enough.
and we reached Damodarkunda at 9.25am. Weather was chill as madam Divya explained us over phone.
it was very windy. But by God’s grace we mAnasultanged taking Dip in Damodarakundam and Got two sridhara shaligramas
as the blessings of Lord SriMan NarayAnasultanna!
My mother and her sister were spell bound to have darshan.
This was our life time experience, Such an high altitude, wind and Odd weather was a adventurous experience for all!
