Never join Ness Technologies, Bangaluru. It is the worst company to work with and doesn’t follow any rules. Never join even if they offer crores. they will not even pay single penny even when you deserve or are eligible for your salary/claims.
They exploit an employee to whatever extent they can and then they find non-relevant or false excuses to release an employee once their project work is over. They fight with clients on petty issues by screaming, shouting and ask for payment even when the work is not finished or accomplished successfully.
They don’t follow any work ethics or values. Everything is MONEY for them.They would take resources on contract and don’t even pay them what they commit.
Moreover, they are the BIGGEST LIARS in this industry. Moreover, even if you have proofs and records in written they would always deny the facts.
