I think u did a good job that u left Ness. Best thing is that u made a note in public blog about ur expr so that the people will be aware of things happening in the S/W industry.

I have few lines for you. Its time to take action and show your self productive.Please work on such issues so that employees can work with cool mind. If you solve one persons issue it may solve few others issue also. Bcz many other emp working under that manager might be having same experience as mentioned by KK. Mr KK, Good, still you have hope in industry. Keep up the spirit. There are lot many good companies. Problem is that difficult know which company is good.But I suggest yahoo is good.
I wish the manager who troubles lady emp will get place in hell.
