Past month they fired around 50 peoples and again they started recruitng the Team. Please dont attend any interviews with this company and spoil your carrier. Currently they got some short term project which will be for 6 months and then they will fire all the peoples whomever worked in it. Please enquire abt this company before Joining
Guys think even before attending the interview. Currently they started recruiting resource for small projects that too short term. For 2 years there are no hike for employees(2012-2014) and 86 people have been fired in 2 months now they recruiting new resource. Company is going worst day by day, that too if you put paper they wont relieve you before completing 3 years. They will make you too suffer to get the relieving letter. Only you can get good hike during Joining after that forgot about hike. We are having 2 floors in Raheja Mindspace and Half of the 2 floors are Empty.
If you people feel above is a lie, please come to raheja and inquire about the company whomever working there.
Guys Please don’t join in Hyderabad Ness as they don’t have any new projects for Long terms. They will recruit and keep you for 6 months and throw you away. You wont get proper hike as well. Hardly 5 to 10%, Whomever capable of "Yes Sir "attitude can join here, only for them it’s good company. I believe they started recruiting for some small projects which will run for 6 months and getting closed. Beware and don’t blame yourself after joining.
I have worked in Ness, people has to face lots of politics to be success in Ness.
There is no Job security in Ness once you are out of project they will throw you out of the ness and you will never get any hike if you are continuing with Ness but if they need to replace somebody for the same position with same talent & experience company will be ready to pay Double to your salary for the same position but they will never pay to existing employees. You will never get Job satisfaction / career growth.
Please guys don’t even think about Joining in Ness technologies and suggest same to your friends Ness is a company which works on use & through policy. Top management is only interested in money.
HR: Interested only on cultural events. Don’t reply mail on time. No knowledge of HR policies. Don’t how they features in top 20 employers.
Finance: Upset with salary of Software employees. They also want such salary. Works like govt office people. Takes a year to clear the recruitment and Settlement.
Admin: Looking all the time, to earn money from Vendor’s.
Recruiter: Too many recruiters employed. In recession time, there is no need for so much of them. Mostly recruits through consultants(Consultants charge for each successful candidate). What the use of these people who can’t recruit a single candidate through themselves.
Managers: Appraisal to those candidate who belongs to their region and involved in ’Yes Sir’ attitude.
If any one wants to seek long term career with growth prospect, never make a mistake to Join Ness Technologies. .
Have you people ever seen GET employees(Freshers) getting fired. That will happen in Ness Hyderabad. I don’t know what higher Management Peoples are doing? For saving Big heads in Hyd ness they use to fire Low salaried employees. They will move to other projects and will do the same forever and these idiots are retained by company for No reasons.
