My experience with Nestaway was good only for the first few months after I decided to sign contract with them to rent my apartment in Bangalore. After that the company was pretty unresponsive. They don’t understand my need of what tenant I need - I asked for family thay put bachelor. They just escalate the rent according to some set rule - I asked to escalate 10% they escalated 5% only. The relationship manager assigned to my property kept changing without informing me. The customer support is not helpful, they don’t know anything about your contract or your preference of tenant. The customer support wont tell you who your relationship manager is.
The owner facing website sucks - difficult to navigate and understand. Content is stale - they dont upload the rental agreement signed with tenants in time. You need to followup. they will upload the rental agrement pages in some random order or miss out pages.
