You have to deposite the token money to book the room.the maximum gap between token money day and move in day can be maximum of 10 days. This token money will be adjusted with the security deposite money. Security deposite will be of twice the rent and 1month advance will also be given.
There is a restriction of 6 months. If yoy break that, then in that case only half the security deposite will be refunded.
You just need to give time to find the right flat and you will find it! : )
