I have been using nestaway from the last 6 months, and from that time I have been facing so many issues, I have even written about the issues on LinkedIn.Now what has happened is that after making so much of request and service ticket finally some of thepremovin issue( SC_ 02185620, SC_ 02144966) was resolved, but what they have done is they have added the charge for resolving those issues.Since it was a premovin issue I have not paid any charge, and have been informing multiple times that it was a premovin issue.But I see they are putting fine daily Rs100 and it is accumulating.I have raised the ticket( SC_ 02296827) requesting them to remove those pre-movin issues charges, but nothing has been done, and also the charges are increasing daily by RS 100.Link to the last post for nestaway: https: // http://www.mouthshut.com/review/Nestaway.com-review-nnnpsulnmloNote: If the service of nestway would have been better, it would have been a really useful platform, but since the service is so bad, and not just the service the Nestaway application is also worst.Concentrate on a service at least or else people will switch to some other service.
Its been more that 2 months and they have not yes called me to resolve this.
Its not the 1st ticket that I am facing issues with.
The last ticket that I raised took more then 4 months and that also to resolve the premovin issue and after they resolved the premovin issue I have to raise this ticket because they are charging for resolving the premovin issue.
Nestaway is so worst that I have no words to speak.
