Nestaway is a fraudeulent organisation. their policies are designed to dupe both owners and customers.
We were offboarded from a flat as the owner wanted to move in. We were given 10 days time against the written agreenent of 30 days. we complied with it with didficulty. and the next thing I knle id that they deducted money against notice period which they did not give. they also deducted money for a showet which was given to me in damaged condition and signed off as defective during move in. we had stayed for a year. they did not get the shower repaired and instead deducted money from me.
when I contacted customer service they quote bureaucratic reasons to the effect that the refund is pending with one department ir the other.
totally unprofessional, unethical and fraudulent!
