STAY AWAY from NestAway
They charge extra money for every little thing even if it is the first day you are moving in and it is mentioned as amenities for the room.
Case: AC mentioned as an amenity for a room in Delhi at ₹18, 000 per month with 2 months ₹36000 security deposit plus ₹4000 as onboarding charges. Total ₹58, 000 .
They did not start any thing until they had full money in their account. And when the amount of ₹58, 000 was paid in full, we were informed that in spite of AC being mentioned as an amenity, it will cost ₹1200 per month extra. So the rent of room increased to ₹19, 200 per month.
The room with such a high price was mentioned as fully furnished but had a dirty washroom, simple bed fan and lights(all dirty) for furnishing.
When we contacted customer care, one of them named Gunjan explicitly said in a very rude tone that they will not provide ac if we dont pay ₹1200 fee. She was not even answering as to why AC was mentioned as an amenity if this is an add on. Once we had the AC installed after agreeing to pay ₹1200, since it is impossible to sleep in this heat, she again called and when we asked again why it was mentioned as an amenity, she threatened to take the ac down.
If such people are responsible to talk to customers in a city like Delhi then i dont know what is the future of nestaway here.
I would strongly suggest anyone who is looking for a room to stay away from nestaway if they dont want to be cheated.
