Nestaway_care is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
This company has made sure that they don't return the deposit money by applying what ever charges they want to and only way you can reach them is customer care , who don't really solve the problem they just say that the backend team is following up on the issue.I write this based on experience.I had moved out from a nestaway property ( 2bhk flat in GK jewel city) at harlur main road on nov 11 , 2019.They had charged me with several charges.5000 for painting , 3500 for inspection and 2000 for electricity bill which seemed fair to me.But then there were utility bill cost which I have been paying to the society without fail via the app which the society uses ( ADDA) .The nestaway also accepts that they have spoken to the society secretary and that the secretary has confirmed that there were no utility bill pending from my side.They had falsely charged 10000 as water charges.I pointed this out , so nestway removed the water charges and increased the painting charges to 15000.Apart from these I have shared all the utility bill payment screenshot which I had made via ADDA app but they are still have not cleared those incorrect charges from thier side.I am writing this in frustration as It has been 30 days I have following up on the same.After so many days of follow up it just seems that this company tries everything to loot people and play with people money and trust.
