I have booked a BED through Nestaway Technologies Private Limited( NESTAWAY PG APP) on February 3 but still the day I have moved in to the house the house was not in a maintained condition, the house was not at all clean & there were dust / weeds / ciggerate buds spreader all over. I blindly moved into the house checking house photos online but after moving into the house it was such a bad experience. I asked my property mAnasultanger to clean the house, however I request for the same through the mobile app but the vendors took away all my bath products & other stuffs, when I complained this to my property mAnasultanger he instructed me to check the agreement that it is clearly written not to keep any stuff in open when vendors are working. But the real issue started when I spent my first night in the room OMG dozens of BED BUGS & OTHER INSECTS running all over the bed during night time and all my body is covered with acne / bed bug marks. I barely slept that day as I did not had any other option as I am new to Bangalore. Next morning, I requested for pest control to my mAnasultanger and he helped me to arrange the pest control service and billed me 800 Rupees for the same. But again after 2 days bed bugs appears everywhere, I requested for mattress and they not responded back after escalating the issue as well. I anyhow requested to cancel my booking and refund my hard earned amount as they are not able to offer agreed services. Still they have not replied to the cancelling request made by me. I got fed up and I was not able to sleep in night due to bed bugs and I literally did not had enough money left to book another house else where in Bangalore. Being not able to sleep since a month I decided to take a break and left to Mumbai for around month time. On 2 April I got a call from their team regarding why I have not paid my bills, I told her my issues and asked again for refund. She sent me an email with the APOLOGY on my email and now they have sent me LEGAL NOTICE saying that I have not paid the bills and they are not able to refund my money nor cancelling the booking. WHAT DO I DO? Just to tell you, the:LEGAL NOTICE from KKLAW.in name of advocate: SHALINI SAXENA - D 20, Nehru Enclave. New Delhi 110091, India, Email: shalini@kklaw.in sent to me on my email was FAKE with no signatures of any ADVOCATE and when I searched their domain KKLAW.in(SHALINI SAXENA) its not found. I have had asked their team to send me physical notice to my address with duly signed from their advocate SHALINI SAXENA FROM THE FAKE FIRM KKLAW.in. I hope I receive the notice again so that I can show it to my advocate and reply back to them will see if they legally answer me with appropriate answers. I WOULD REQUEST EVERY OUT THERE READING THIS STORY I AM NOT GOING TO LEAVE THEM BECAUSE THEY DO THIS FRAUD WITH MANY OF TENANTS AND IT IS VERY HARD TO STRUGGLE WITH ALL THIS THINGS.
