I have registered my appartment with nestaway but since it was not occupied by any one we cancelled the contract but till now i have not received the original key.. sine one month i am contactong customer care but no use. Now they asking for the key number. Most probably they wanted to make a duplicate... which is risky since we dont know with who the actual key is because they give the key to their workers to do initial plumbing and electric work.. and these people will leave the organization.. hence missing key can become a security issue in future..
